Show presenter and tribute artist Bill Zaalberg has successfully re-created the Neil Diamond World Tour Concert to a "T" The group consists of 12 professional stage show members - All extremely talented. 4 brass, 3 female backup vocalists, and a tight 4-piece rhythm section. The show delivers a complete entertaining experience. They have their own opening act: "TUSK" (20 min.) as a tribute to "Stevie Nicks" as performed by Kathleen Zaalberg who many have stated that she's a "dead ringer" for the part together with vocalists Tara Lynn, Aurora Scott and Suzanne Stirling backed by several members from the full show.

DOUBLE DIAMOND delivers the closest experience to the actual Neil Diamond touring concerts in the world.

The show is constantly upgraded to date with new arrangements including selections from Neil's latest albums

 - "Home Before Dark" and "12 songs"

Bill (Willem) Zaalberg has been in the entertainment business since 1960. He created the first Rock & Roll group - "The Esquires" at Victoria High School for their sock hops and regular school dances replacing outdated "Big Band" orchestras. By popular demands from the students and teachers, various new Rock & Roll groups took their place for years to follow. These newer groups evolved over the years evolving to the current styles Rock & Roll in present day.

Bill was inducted into the Victoria Hall of Fame in 2007 for his influence to the Rock & Roll scene of the sixties. He has developed many other groups since. - The Esquires, The Noblemen, The Aztecs, Festival - a seven piece group with a horn section highlighting the popular sounds of "Chigago" of the 70's. He also produced his own trio called "BRANDY" - a three-piece tribute to the Beatles, and the "Beachboys" and included 70's pop songs that took audiences by storm. The trio eventually changed to a duo during the late 70's when "Disco" was the popular trend, he performed as a "SOLO" act in many restaurants and small popular night clubs. He has produced three albums by 1986. As a solo artist he held the longest standing house performer at the Esquimalt Legion in Victora history - 16 years. In 2001 Bill produced his life long dream - DOUBLE DIAMOND in full live orchestration. He has become his own producer, presenter, promoter and tribute artist and able to create any style entertainment event under his own company - BRANDY ENTERTAINMENT PRODUCTIONS.

Double Diamond has toured most theatre venues in British Columbia over the past 10 years with countless sold out shows to date and taking British Columbians by storm. 2011 marks the 10th. Anniversary since their beginning in 2001. The group may be scaled anywhere from a solo act or with any combination of band members up to the full 12-piece Las Vegas style production depending on your budget.
